Be Steadfast
October 30, 2023
“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” 1 Corinthians 15:58 (ESV)
When we are on the road to our destiny, there are going to be some roadblocks, detours, and hinderances that will pop up on the way. There will be distractions that will come to attempt to take our focus off the goal of getting to our destiny that God has for us. The detours and distractions can become so prevalent that we focus more on them than we do the destiny. Our focus must remain on God and the path and the purpose that He has for us. The Scripture remind us, therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain. I encourage you today to be steadfast on your journey. Do not allow the hurdles, noises, problems, or detours to keep you for pressing towards the goal that God has for you. Be resolute in the fact that you know God has great things in store for you, and do not allow anything or anyone to take your focus off the blessings that God has for your life. No matter what comes my way, my focus is on the path and the destiny that God has for me. I will be steadfast and immovable in making progress to my purpose. Since I am determined to get to the place that God has for me, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord thank you for placing me on a path to my destiny. I know you have purpose for my life, and I will be steadfast and immoveable in getting to the place that you have just for me. Thank you for always walking with me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
