Be Humble

"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:" 1 Peter 5:6

True humility has nothing to do with being recognized or not. but it is about being able to take the lower seat, and in your heart not having a problem with it. Being humble in eyes of The Lord should always be our goal. Allow pride to take a back seat and humble yourself before God. This does not mean you allow people to walk all over you, but when you know God has blessed you and is on your side, you can humble yourself and when God is ready, He will exalt you in His time. When you allow God to exalt you, He will take you higher than anyone else ever could. Being humble may not always be the most pleasant place to be, but it is from that place where The Lord can lift you up like you would never believe. The Scripture reminds us, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. I encourage you today to remain humble no matter what you are going through. Remain humble and know that at the right time and the right place, God will exalt you in His time. I know that in God’s time, He will exalt me as I remain humble in all situations. Since I will humble myself under God’s mighty hand, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Lord thank you for your great timing. Thank you for showing me that in my humility is also my elevation. In your time and in your way I know you will exalt and be exalted. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen
