Be Grateful

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4 (ESV)

There is not a need that we have that The Lord does not provide. The Lord ensures that we need. While The Lord provides our daily needs, we can become shortsighted because our needs are met, but we make our wants our needs, and begin to wonder if God will provide. When we look at our lives, there is not a thing that we need that God will not take care of. Since The Lord is so great to us, we should always have a heart to praise and thank The Lord for His goodness towards us. The Scripture reminds us to, delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. I encourage you today to delight yourself in the greatness of The Lord. The Lord is always doing great things for you, and you should delight yourself in The Lord. When you are grateful for the blessings that The Lord has already poured into your life, and you can take pleasure in the blessings you already have, then The Lord will give you the desires of your heart. Praise The Lord today for all that He has already done in your life. Count your blessings today and Thank The Lord for how great He has been to you, and know that The Lord will answer your prayers. I am grateful for all The Lord is doing in my life, and I will continually thank and praise Him for His goodness and kindness towards me. Since I am not ashamed to delight myself in The Lord, and I know that He will give me the desires of my heart, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for every blessing you have blessed me with. Thank you for being an awesome provider and providing my every need. Thank you for all that you do for me. Thank you for giving to me the desires of my heart. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
