All My Hope

“For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees?” romans 8:24 (ESV)

One definition of hope is, “an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes. It is a confident expectation that God will do what He said He would do.” All of us put our hope in something. Of all the things we hope for, we do not hope for the things we already can see and the things we already possess. Hope is looking past where we are and seeing the great possibilities of greatness in front of us. The Scripture reminds us, for in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees. I encourage you today to never lose hope in God. No matter what things look like now, remember that God is with you and as long as God is with you, there is always hope. God may not come when you want him, but He is never late and always does more than what we expect. Place all your hope in God, and do not hope for what you see, hope for the greatness that God has in store for your life. All my hope is in God. I know that He has great things in store for my life, and it is with that expectation that I look forward to the blessings that have my name inscribed on them. Since all my hope is in God, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Lord all my hope is in you. Thank you for allowing me to look forward with great expectation of the great and mighty things you have prepared for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
