Abundant Life
June 08, 2023
"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10
A thief’s main objective is to take something that does not belong to them. A thief will go to great length to relieve someone of their property. They will use deception and try to fast talk people out of what they own. They will use strong armed tactics and just take what they want. It is safe to say a thief is not our friend, but our enemy. The Scripture reminds us that our enemy, the devil is a thief and he comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ has come that we might have life, and life more abundantly. I encourage you today not to allow the thief to come in and steal anything from you. The enemy he will do whatever he can to steal your joy, peace, and happiness. The enemy wants to kill your health and destroy your life, but you do not have to let the enemy achieve his objectives. Christ has come so you may have life and have it more abundantly. With Christ on your side, you do not have to worry about the thief stealing anything from you, because what the enemy tries to take from you, Christ is there to protect you. Do not spend your time worrying about what the enemy is trying to steal, kill, or destroy, but live the abundant life Christ has for you. Christ died so you could have life. Do not let the enemy take from you what he did not work for or earn. When you allow the enemy to steal your joy, kill your peace, and destroy your happiness, you will never see the abundant life Christ has for you. Live the abundant life that Christ has for you, and He will restore your joy, peace, and happiness the enemy tried to steal from you. I thank God that Christ came so I can have life and have it more abundantly, and I will not allow anything or anyone to take it from me ever again. Since I have made up my mind to enjoy the abundant life I have in Christ, I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord thank you for giving me life abundantly. Thank you for restoring and replenishing everything the enemy tried to steal from me. I am determined to live the abundant life in Christ every day. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
