A Safe Place

"The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe." Proverbs 18:10

The things that we go through has the tendency to make us want to throw up our hands and walk away from everything and everyone. Some days we would take off to nowhere and never come back. There are storm, trials, and tribulations that hit and overwhelm us, and we feel like we had all we can take and cannot take anymore. It is in these times we must remember we do have a place we can go. The Scripture reminds us that the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run in and it is safe. I encourage you today to remember the name of The Lord is your strong tower. In the mist of trial and tribulation remember to call on the name of The Lord and it will be a strong tower from you. You have a place you can run to when life gets too much to bear. You have a place you can go when the winds of life are blowing too hard on you. The Name of The Lord is your strong tower, and you can run in and will be safe. You can find your safety in the strong tower The Lord has for you. Do not allow the things of life to take you to a place of wanting to give up, but allow God to move you to a place of safety that He has prepared for you. Trials will come, and storms will blow, but I am thankful that I know I have a strong tower to run to and find just what I need, and I will be safe. Since The Lord is my strong tower, and I find safety in Him, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for being that place of safety for me. Thank you for being my strong tower where I can find rest, peace, joy, and most of all your presence. Continue to keep me safe in the places you have for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
