A Clean Heart

“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10

Each of us want and need The Lord to do some great things in our lives. Each day we lift our prayers to The Lord, and we petition Him for many things and The Lord is so gracious to us, that He answers our prayers. In all the things that we need from The Lord, we cannot forget to ask The Lord to give to us a clean heart. David knew that he had made a mistake and in his prayer to The Lord, David asked The Lord to create in him a clean heart, and to renew a right spirit within him. I encourage you today that while you are in your time of prayer, to ask The Lord to create in you a clean heart. Asking The Lord to create in you a clean heart may be one of the most powerful things that you can ask Him for. When you have a clean heart, your intentions are pure, your desire to serve The Lord is pure and you will do all you can to walk in His way. My desire and prayer every day is for The Lord to create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Since my desire is to have a clean hear and a right spirit within me, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord my prayer today is simple yet powerful, create in me a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
