A Change Is On The Way
September 15, 2023
"If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come." Job 14:14
It does not make a difference who we are, change is inevitable for all. If we continue to live the same way day by day, then we cannot expect change to happen for us. With age comes experience, and with that experience comes a change in the way we see things. No matter how much we exercise as we get older our bodies are going to change, sometimes for the better and sometimes not. We are living in a world where everything around us is constantly changing. There are some situations we face that we know a change needs to happen, and in the midst of it all we know that it is only God who will be able to make the change happen in our lives. The Scripture reminds us that Job was in a situation where he needed some things to change in his life, and He made up his mind to wait on God until his change would come. I encourage you today to be like Job and wait until your change comes. It may not come today or the next day, but just know as long as you keep your hand in God's hand, your change will come. You might have to go through some things, but wait until your change comes. You might have to cry, but wait until your change comes. You even might lose some friends along the way, but wait until your change comes. When you can wait on God to change your situation, you will find that your ending is much better than your beginning. In all my appointed time, I am going to wait until my change comes, because I know God is going to make the change in my life, and this change is worth the wait. Since I am waiting for my change to come, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord I know that you only have what is good and great prepared for my life, and I know that all your blessings are on the way to my life, and I am going to wait on you, because I know you will come through for me. Thank you for the blessings that are on the way. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
