Light In Darkness
March 11, 2026
"The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" Psalm 27:1
Each of us have faced a time in our lives when we felt like the weight of the things we were going through were going to bring us to our knees. We tried going to friends and family members only to find out they did not have the answers we needed to make it through our situation. There have even been times when our days have been as dark as our nights, and we could not see our way through what we were facing. It is in those times we must remember who we can go to, not for some things but for all things. When our days are tough and dark the Scripture reminds us, the Lord is our light and our salvation, and we should not fear, knowing the Lord will make a way. I encourage you today to remember no matter how dark things get, The Lord is your light and your salvation. You do not have to fear when your days become dark, just remember The Lord is your light. You can look to Him and He will light the way for you. When it feels like life is too much to bear remember The Lord is the strength of your life, and He will strengthen you through every trial and tribulation you may face. The Lord is with you, and even though it is a scary situation in front of you, do not have to fear, because The Lord will make a way. The Lord is your light and your salvation, and he will keep you through everything you go through and give you strength to make it to the place He has for you. No matter what you are going through, look to the One who gives you strength for the journey, and the One who will give you light in your dark days. The Lord will not leave you or abandon you ever. I am thankful that no matter how dark my day, The Lord gives me light and no matter how weak I may get, He strengthens me each day. Since The Lord is my light and my salvations and my strength I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord, you are my light and my salvation and I am so grateful and thankful that you continue to make ways for me. Thank you Lord for being the strength of my life and giving me what I need to make it through everything I face. Thank you Lord for always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
