"Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth." Psalm 78:1

As Christian one of the thing we should do all the time is pray. As we go through life there will be situations and circumstances that we will need The Lord to work out for us, and we will have to go to Him in prayer. When we pray we want The Lord to hear and answer our prayers. There are times when The Lord will answer us yes, no or tell us to wait, but nonetheless He answers us. Many times in prayer it is just us talking to The Lord, but we should remember that The Lord wants to talk to us as well. We cannot do all of the talking and requesting in prayer, and not give The Lord opportunity to talk to us. The Scripture reminds us to, give ear to His law, and incline our ears to the words of His mouth. I encourage you today to give your ear to the Lord today. The Lord wants to talk to you, and He wants to speak into your life, but He needs you to give Him your ear. There are some things that The Lord needs to say just to you, and many times He does not have your ear. When you are in prayer you want to know that The Lord is giving you His ear so He can hear what is on your heart, and in the same way The Lord wants you to give Him your ear so you can hear what is on His heart for your life. When you give your ear to The Lord and listen to Him in your prayer closet, He will give you direction for your life that will set you on the right path. Not only does The Lord want you to listen to Him in prayer, but He wants you to listen to His Word as well, for in His word you will find directions for your life that will bless your life. Give ear unto The Lord, and incline your ear to His Word for your life, and then do what The Lord has asked you to do. Not only do I need The Lord to give me His ear, but I will give my ear unto Him, and listen to Him in prayer and in His Word for my life Since I will incline my ear to Him I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord, I thank you for always hearing and answering me when I pray. Help me to sit still and give you my ear so I can hear you speak to me. I know you have so many great and wonderful things to say to me if I will just keep still land listen. Speak to me Lord I am listening. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen
