Keep Your Trust In The Lord

"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him." Job 13:15

If we were really honest with ourselves, each of us has been through somethings that may have caused us to want to give up on God. We have had those valley experiences that have seemingly lasted longer than what we thought they were going to last, and we felt like God had forgotten about us. As we went through those times it became increasingly more difficult to trust what we could not see, and we may have wanted to venture out and do things our way instead of waiting on The Lord. Somehow in the midst of it all The Lord gives us a glimmer of hope to let us know He has not forgotten about us. Job was going through some difficult times and lost everything that he had including his children, and in all that he went through he never blamed God. The Scripture reminds us that, even in all that Job went through he proclaimed a great faith in God by proclaiming, though He slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain my own ways before Him. I encourage you today that no matter what you are going through and how difficult it may be, keep your trust in The Lord, and maintain your own way before Him. Do not allow circumstance and situations to bring you down, but keep your trust in The Lord. Do not allow what you see in front of you to keep you from trusting in what The Lord has said to you for your life. Even when all the chips seem to be down, trust in The Lord. Even when everyone else has given up and walked away, keep your trust in The Lord. Even when you do not understand what and why you are going through what you are going through, keep your trust in The Lord, and maintain your faith in Him always. The road of life is not always going to be easy, and you will hit some pot holes along the way, but keep your hand in God's hand and He will see you through them all. People may even tell you to give up, and throw in the towel, but trust The Lord even in the midst of a storm and He will give you exactly what you need to weather the storm. No matter what it is I may face in life The Lord has been too good to me to ever give up on Him, and no matter what I will always trust in The Lord. Since all my trust is in The Lord all the time I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord, all my trust is in you, No matter what is in front of me I know that you are with me and I know that you will see me through it all. Thank you Lord for leading and guiding me through the storms of life and bringing me to the place that you have prepared to bless me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
