Find Your Rest

“Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Matthew 11:29 (ESV)

Often, we try to handle all our trials and tribulations on our own, because we do not think anyone would understand. When we try to explain what we are going through some will offer solutions, when one is not needed or pretend to understand, but really cannot comprehend what we are really going through. In these times we must take all our cares and concerns to Jesus, because no matter what we are going through, he cares and He knows and He understands what we are going through. The Scripture reminds us we should take His yoke on us, because He is humble and gentle at heart, and we will find rest for our souls. I encourage you today to take Christ’s yoke on you, and find rest from all the things you are going through. Jesus knows your struggles and the fears, and He is right there with you through them all. He is there when everyone else has abandoned you, and He is there when all the chips are down. Jesus loves you just the way you are and there is no way you should go through storms by thinking you are by yourself, give it all over to Him, and let Him deal with the storms of your life. When you give it all to Him, you will find rest for your soul, and peace for you mind, and when you are at rest and at peace you do not have to worry about anything, and can be confident Jesus will take care of you. I find my rest in Christ because I give it all to Him and He gives me rest, and peace. Since I have taken His yoke on me, and I have rest, there is no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, life becomes rough at times, but I am giving it all to you, because I know that you can handle it all. Thank you for always eing with me and never giving up on me. I loveyou Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
