Call Him Anytime

“For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13 (ESV)

The story is told of a young man who was brought up in Church. He was a part of the Sunday School and other youth activities in the Church. Once he went away to college, he realized that he didn’t have to go to Church every Sunday and he could enjoy his newfound freedom. This young man practically abandoned all his reaching growing up. One night he found himself in a difficult situation and knew that this could change his life in a negative way forever, all his friends had left him holding the bag and in that moment of loneliness that young man called on The Lord for help and The Lord heard and helped him and he realized then how much He needed God. No matter how far we may stray away from God, He loves us so much that we can always come back to Him. The Scripture reminds us, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. I encourage you today to continue to call on the name of The Lord no matter what it is you are facing. In your good and bad days, call on The Lord knowing He will answer you. If you have not called on Him in a while, you can call on Him today and he will hear you when you call. No matter what situation I find myself in, I know that I can call on the name of The Lord and be saved. I am grateful that The Lord hears me when I call, and I am determined to stay close to Him. Since I will always call on the name of The Lord I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for always being near to me, and in my good and bad days I will always call on your name because I know there is healing, peace, power, and so much more in your name. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
