Thankful For Victory

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57

Today God has blessed us with and given us another opportunity to give Him thanks. As we begin a new week, we will undoubtedly have some challenges we are going to have to face, we are going to have some obstacles we are going to have to navigate through, but we also know that The Lord is with us every step of the way, and in the end, we will have the victory. The Scripture reminds us we should thank God who has given us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I encourage you today to thank God for how great He has been in your life. Thank God for giving you victory in the midst of certain failure. When others thought you were down for the count, The Lord stepped in and turned it all around for you. Thank God for all the wonderful blessing He has placed in your life. Thank God for life, health and strength. You may have a job you do not like, but you should thank God you are employed, and even though the people may get on your nerves, thank God it is not the unemployment line. Thank God for every aspect of His presence and power in your life. It may not seem like it right now, but you have victory in your life, and every storm you face, you will survive, because The Lord is on your side. Lord, I thank you for victory, even in my midnight hours and valley experiences. No matter how it looks right now, I know I have the victory. Since I am victorious through Christ, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you for giving me the victory. There will be trials, but I will be victorious. There will be storms, but I will be victorious through Jesus Christ. No matter what I face this week, I claim victory in the name of Jesus. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
