Stay The Course
Each of us probably knows someone who finds it difficult to make a decision. One day they are sure that they are going to do one thing, and minutes later they are doing something totally different. We probably also know someone who finds it challenging to keep their word. They say they are going to do one thing, but when we turn around they have done the total opposite of what they said they would do. It is hard to depend on those who are constantly changing their minds or going off the set course. As believers of Christ we never have to worry about Christ not doing what He said that He would do. The Scripture reminds us that, a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. I encourage you today to stand on the promises that God has made for your life. It odes not make a difference what things may look like, stay on the course that God has placed you on, because He will not steer you wrong. God is not one way today and another way tomorrow, He and His Word remain true. If God said it to you, then He is going to do it for you. Do not veer off course because things are not looking the way you want them to look, if you trust God, trust God until the end. Let God take control of your destiny and do not become unstable, by changing course with the wind. No matter what it looks or sounds like, I will stay the course that God has me on, and not stray because I know that He has great things in store for my life. Since I will not be double minded or unstable I know for sure, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Lord if you said to me, and I know you are going to do it for my life, give me the strength not to waver even when the road gets tough. In Jesus Name Amen.
