The Lord Repays

Each of us has at some point has gone out of our way to be nice or to help someone out of the kindness of our hearts, not looking for anything in return. There were times when the person would try to pay us or to give us something for helping them, and other times they would not, but because we did it out of the kindness of our hearts the remuneration was not needed. As we look back over our lives The Lord has blessed us tremendously and many of our blessings we do not even deserve, but He keeps on blessing us. Ruth made a decision to take care of her mother in law and was not looking for anything in return, but The Lord blessed her. The Scripture reminds us that Boaz said to Ruth, the Lord repay you for what you have done, and a full reward be given you by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge! I encourage you today to keep being a blessing to those that The Lord has placed in your life. They may not be able to give you anything in return but a thank you, and you should receive it joyfully. When you do things for others it should not always be about what it is in it for you, because when you do it from the kindness of your heart the Lord will bless you in ways that you cannot even imagine. The Lord will repay you for what you have done, and when The Lord repays you, it is not even close to what you were looking for from the person. The Lord blesses you above and beyond that of those you helped. Keep giving from a good and cheerful heart, and The Lord, whose wings you are under, will give a full reward to you and it is under His wings you find your refuge. The Lord has blessed me in so many ways in my life, and I will continue to do all I can to bless others, and it is never about what they can do for me, but it is always to give glory to God. Since I have found refuge, joy, peace, and love under His wings, and He has blessed me abundantly I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
