There are things that we know that The Lord has promised us, and we know that The Lord will do what He said that He would do for us. The problem is waiting for those things that The Lord has promised to us. For many of us we want those promises right now, because we believe that we are ready for those things right now. The truth of the matter is that there are promises that The Lord has made to us, that if He would give them to us right now, we would not know how to handle them. It is in our waiting for those promises that The Lord is strengthening us and preparing us for those promises. The Scripture reminds us that, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. I encourage you today to continue to wait on The Lord, and remember in your waiting there is strengthening. Keep waiting on The Lord and while you are waiting you will realize that you are learning things that will help you to achieve those great blessings that The Lord has promised to you. Keep waiting on The Lord and as you do you will be able to soar above those problems and make it to the place The Lord has for you. Keep waiting on The Lord and you will soon see yourself running and not being tired, and walking and not fainting along the way. I will keep waiting on The Lord because I know as I wait for Him; He will renew, strengthen, and keep me for what He has promised to me. Since I am waiting on The Lord I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From my God!”
Lord I am waiting on you. Keep me while I wait, strengthen me while I wait, prepare me while I wait, and I will praise you while I wait. In Jesus Name Amen.
