God’s House

Some of us have masks in the car and other places so that we are ready to mask up at any time. We have had to learn how to cope in the midst of the pandemic, and we have had to learn how to do Church differently. We have had to worship virtually and internet search for several different services. Through it all The Lord has been good to us, and we have made it through with the help of The Lord. However, we must remember the importance of the Church and the coming together of God’s people. The Scripture reminds us, My house shall be a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of robbers. I encourage you today to remember the importance of God’s house. Although we have not been able to gather like we may have wanted, there are opportunities for us to gather in the house of The Lord and give Him thanks and praise for all the great things He has done in our lives. We must not turn the house of The Lord into a n ordinary place, but we must continue to hold it in high esteem. As we begin this Holy Week, let us make the House of God a place of prayer and thanksgiving. I am grateful for the House of God where I can feel His presence, and I will always make my way into His house. Since I will pray and praise in His House, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year to Get My Thing From My God!”

Lord thank you for all that you have done for me. Let me see your glory this week as I remember your passion and love for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
