Wherever You Go

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 (ESV)

We have all had someone promise that they would be there for us when we needed them, and we trusted that they would be. However, when we really needed them and our backs were against the wall, they either could not help or were not there. When this happens it can leave us feeling lonely and deserted, but we should always remember that we are never alone, and while people who even at their best try to be there for us and can’t we know that The Lord is always there for us. The Scripture reminds us, have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go. I encourage you today to remember that The Lord is with you wherever you go. Do not be afraid of the road ahead of you and the uncertainty that it brings, because The Lord is with you wherever you go. Don’t be dismayed at the trials that come your way, because The Lord is with you wherever you go. Don’t worry about those things that you cannot change, because The Lord is with you wherever you go. As long as The Lord is with you, you will be able to make it through everything that you must face. When The Lord is with you, you have His joy, peace, presence, and protection walking with you. Wherever I go I know that The Lord is with me, and as long as The Lord is with me I know that I will be able to make it through it all. Since The Lord is with me wherever I go, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for being with me wherever I go. If I am on the mountain, you are with me, if I am in the valley, you are with me, there is no where I can go that you are not there. I know I will make it through it all because you are walking with me. Thank you Lord for always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
