Just Don’t Make Noise

"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal." 1 Corinthians 13:1 (ESV)

Each of us need to be and feel loved. There is a special feeling that happens when a child who really loves us gives us a hug, there is nothing behind it, they just wanted to show us love. There may have been times in life when people will say they loved us, but then they did something that was the opposite of what they said. Love is difficult, because at times we may get hurt because we love, but the need to give and receive love is always there. Without love we would be miserable. The Scripture reminds us of one of the true aspects of love, If we speak in tongues of men and angles, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. I encourage you today not just to say you love The Lord, but show how much you love The Lord. Do not just say you love someone today, show them you love them. It does not have to be a special day or a special occasion, just show love today because they are special to you. Every day The Lord shows us how much He loves us, by giving us what we need to make it through the day. Show The Lord just how much you love Him, by being a blessing to someone today. If you say you love someone, then show it, don't just say it. If you cannot show it, then you are just making a bunch of noise. I am thankful every day The Lord loves me, and every day He shows me just how much He loves me. Every day I try to show Him how much I love Him, and since I am not making a bunch of noise because I really love The Lord, I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, I love you with everything in me. I thank you for first loving me even when I was unlovable, you loved me and I am so grateful that you do. Every day you pour out your love on me, and every day I want to show you how much I love you by loving your people and showing your love to others. Help me show others today your are love. Thank you for always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
