It’s All Joy

“Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds,” James 1:2 (ESV)

All of us have had our share of trials and tribulations. There is nothing pleasant about going through trials and tribulations they are some of the roughest days we experience. Going through trials and tribulations have also been some of the greatest learning experiences that we have had. It is through those trials and tribulations that we learned to trust, lean, and depend on God. The Scripture reminds us, count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds. I encourage you today to find joy when you are going through your trials. It sounds impossible to have joy in the midst of trials and tribulations, but you can find joy in them when you remember who is with you. The Lord is with you through and in every trial and tribulation you face in life. Remember that The Lord will not put more on you than you can handle and everything that He takes you through you are prepared to go through. When the storms of life are raging, count it all joy. When you find yourself in the valley, count it all joy. When you count it all joy, you are acknowledging the fact that The Lord is with you and you will come out on the other side better and stronger than you went it. I am learning to count it all joy no matter the situation I find myself in because I know that through it all, The Lord is with me. Since I count it all joy, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for walking with me through every trial I face. Thank you for allowing me to count it all joy not because it feels good, but because I know that I never walk alone you are always by my side. Thank you for always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
