Feed His Sheep

“He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, “Do you love me?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep.” John 21:17 (ESV)

Each of us have been incredibly blessed by The Lord. Every need we have The Lord has provided and He has taken care of us. We are blessed and even in those times of difficulty, we are blessed and we should always give God praise for all the blessings He pours in our lives. Since we are so richly blessed, we should be a blessing to others. There is no doubt that The Lord loves us, and we show him how much we love Him, when we bless others. The Scripture reminds us, He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me? Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, “Do you love me?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you. “Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep.” I encourage you today to feed The Lord’s sheep. Be a conduit of blessings and encouragement for someone who may just need a word of cheer or a listening ear that will not judge. Feed God’s sheep by being kind and compassionate to someone who needs it today. Since you love The Lord, feed His sheep with love. I don’t have everything I want, but God has provided everything I need, and He has blessed me greatly on this journey of life. Since God has blessed me, and I know that He loves me, I will show my love for Him by being a blessing and feeding His sheep. This is why I am convinced, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for all the blessings you have placed in my life. Thank you for every day showing me you love me. Lead me to the right place so I can be a blessing to those who need one and help me to feed your sheep so you can get glory out of my life. Thank you Lord for always being there for me and loving me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
