Accepted By God

“Have you not read this Scripture: “‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone;” Mark 12:10 (ESV)

Rejections is difficult for anyone to deal with, because no one wants to be rejected. Most people want to be accepted by everyone for who they are, and the feeling of rejection is a difficult thing to grasp. It is true that not everyone is going to like us, for whatever the reason. Some will have a problem with our personality or the way we try to get along with others, for whatever the reason they will have a problem with us. Rejection is difficult to take from anyone, but it is more difficult to take from those we try to help, and from those we love. Jesus was showing people love and sharing with them the keys to eternal life, and there were some who did not want to hear what He had to say, so they rejected Him. The Scripture reminds us that Jesus said to them, have you not read this Scripture, the stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner. I encourage you today not to worry about people when they reject you. They rejected Jesus and He had to remind them that the stone that they rejected has become the chief cornerstone. When you are rejected do not worry about it because you will become great in the things that God has planned for you. When people reject you, you do not have to find a way to get back in their good graces, remember that God will never reject you and that He has a place just for you. Remember where you are now is not where you are always going to be, so this rejection is just a part of the process of taking you to your destiny. When I am rejected by people I will not worry, because I know I am accepted by God. Since I know that The Lord has great thing in my future I have no doubt, "It's My Year to Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for never rejecting me but for living me just the way that I am. Help me to focus on you and the things you are doing in my life and being what you have created me to be. Thank you for always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
