Rejoice And Be Glad

"Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things." Joel 2:21

There are situations that we experience that can cause fear to spring up in us. There are times when we are at the crossroads in life and do not know which way to go, and making the right decision can be difficult. No matter how strong we claim to be, we all experience fear at one time or another in our lives. Fear has a way of creeping in at the most inopportune times. Fear can cause us not to move forward, and once we are afraid to move we find ourselves stuck in the same things repeatedly. When fear sets in we need to go to The Lord and ask for direction for our lives. The Scripture reminds us not to fear, but to be glad and rejoice in the Lord, for He will do great things. I encourage you today not to fear the things you are facing but rejoice in The Lord and be glad. Even though you are facing difficult situations in your life, you do not have to be afraid, rejoice and be glad, knowing the Lord is on your side. Rejoice when the storms are raging, rejoice when the clouds are hanging low in your life. Rejoice and be glad having the confidence and trust in The Lord that He will see you through all situations you face in life. When you are afraid it will cause you to look at what is in front of you instead of who is holding you. So keep holding on to Jesus and know He will see you through. The Lord has done great things in your life, and He has greater things yet in store for you. Do not be afraid, God will and is working it out for you. I thank God I can rejoice and be glad no matter what I face because I know The Lord is doing great things for me. Since The Lord is doing great things in my life, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, I am so very thankful for all the blessings you have poured in my life. I know you have great things in store for me and bigger blessings are on the way for me, so no matter what I face in this life I will rejoice and be glad because I know that you are always with me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
