Praise The Lord
Praise is always in order. There is not a time in our lives that we should not praise God. There is not a situation or a circumstance where we cannot praise The Lord even when it does not look like things are working out in our favor. Praising The Lord should never be situational, because The Lord has been good to us and He is worthy of our praise. We should be able to praise The Lord when things are going well and when things are falling apart around us. We should be able to give The Lord praise when we know where we are going, and when we do not have a clue as to what direction we should take. For waking us up this morning is more than enough reason to praise The Lord.
The Scripture reminds us to, let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! I encourage you today to heed the command of this Psalm and praise The Lord. Since you have breath in your body today praise The Lord. You have a reason and right to praise The Lord. When you are on your way to work, praise The Lord. If you do not have a job to go to, you can still praise The Lord. When you put on your clothes without any assistance, praise The Lord. If you needed help to get dressed this day, you still have a reason to praise The Lord. When you put one foot in front of the other today, praise The Lord.
If you cannot walk on your own, you still have a reason to praise The Lord. Do not allow what you may be going through to be the dictator of your praise, but allow the fact that you have breath in your body to be the reason that you praise The Lord. I have determined that every day that The Lord gives me breath I will praise Him.
Since I will praise The Lord I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
For the breath that you have given to me today I praise you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
