Meditate On His Goodness
We would be amazed if we could count the amount of thoughts that we have in one day. For many of us we think about a lot of things, and for some of us we daydream or our minds wander throughout the day. Living in a technological driven society we are hit with so many different things that stimulate thought. With all these things around us it is important that we take the time to ponder all of the great and wonderful things that The Lord is doing in our lives.
The Scripture reminds us, may my meditation be pleasing to him, for I rejoice in the Lord. I encourage you today to think on the great things that The Lord has done and is doing in your life. Meditate on the ways that He has made for you. Meditate on the doors that He has opened for you, and the healing He has done in your body. Meditate on how He has cared for you in ways that no one else could. Meditate on those things that bring glory to God, and do not allow those negative thoughts to be the primary focus for you.
When you meditate on the great things of God, you will begin to rejoice in The Lord for all of the blessings that He has placed in your life. Rejoice in The Lord simply because He is worthy of all glory and honor and praise. You would not be where you are today if it had not been for The Lord working miracles in your life. May every meditation of my heart be pleasing to The Lord, because I know that He has done great things for me, and I will continue to rejoice in His goodness.
Since I am meditating on the great things that The Lord has done and is doing I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Lord please allow my meditations to be pleasing to you. Lord you have done great things for me and I will always rejoice in you. In Jesus Name Amen.
