Seek The Lord
Many people go to the gym to workout and to build muscle and strength. They will be in the gym multiple times a week ensuring that they stay in shape. Being in good health is something we should all strive to do, but there may come a time when all of the physical strength in the world is not enough to make it through some storms that we face in our lives. In order to have the strength to make it through the storms of life, that strength does not come from what we do in the gym, that strength comes from our relationship with The Lord.
The Scripture reminds us to, seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually. I encourage you today to find your strength in The Lord. Seek Him continually in all that you do, and know that He is never too hard to find, because when you look for Him He is always there. Do all that you can do to get into His presence, for it is in His presence that you will not only find strength, but you will find joy, peace, healing, love, and so much more.
As you are determined to become physically fit, also be determined to become spiritually fit as well, for it is your spiritual strength that you will need to make it through those difficult times in life. Trials and tribulations will come my way, but I am confident that I will make it through them, because my strength is in The Lord. No matter what I may be going through I will continually seek The Lord and His presence in my life. Since I am always seeking The Lord and His presences and strength for my life I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Lord I find my strength in you daily, and I seek your presence for my life, for I cannot make it without you. Continue to give me the strength to make it through all that I face. In Jesus name, Amen.
