It should be no secret that The Lord has been good to us, we should want to tell everyone we know that The Lord is good to us. The Lord has made ways for us, when there was no other way. The Lord has opened doors for us that only He could have opened. We should want to shout it from the rooftops how good The Lord has been to us. When things in our lives are not going well, we still keep our hope and faith in The Lord, and people may look at us like we are crazy because we are trusting God at the most difficult times of our lives, but that is when we tell them that He did it before and He will do it again.
The Scripture reminds us that, in our hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks us for a reason for the hope that is in us; yet do it with gentleness and respect. I encourage you today to be prepared to tell someone of the goodness of Jesus working in your life. Be ready to tell someone why you trust God in the midst of your trials and tribulations. There are even going to be some times in your life when you are going to have to remind yourself of how good The Lord has been to you, and all of the ways that He has made in your life.
Remember that The Lord did it before and He will most definitely do it again for you, just put all of your hope and faith in Him, and He will see you through. I am ready to tell the world why all of my hope and trust is in The Lord, because He has never and will never fail me. Since I am ready with my defense and testimony of how great The Lord is to me I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Lord thank you for being so good to me, and I am ready to give my defense of the hope I have in you, because you are my everything and my all in all. In Jesus name Amen.
