Many of us have things we are very confident in doing, and then we have some things that we do not have as much confidence in doing. It is not always easy to have confidence, especially when things are not going the way you want them to go, or think they should be going. When everything is lining up the way we feel they should, our confidence begins to grow. Imagine knowing how our life is going to be every day it would be easy for us to have confidence in the decisions that we make daily.
Each of us has started something with confidence knowing we were going to complete it, but about a quarter of the way through or half way through things were not working out the way we planned and we abandoned the project because we lost our confidence. Each of us has unfinished projects lying around because we lost the confidence to finish what we started. The Scripture reminds us that, being confident of this very thing, that he which has begun a good work in us will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
I encourage you today to be confident in knowing God is still on your side. Even if it seems like He has abandoned you, I want you to know that God has not, and never will abandoned you and He is still working on your behalf. You may have unfinished projects and unfulfilled things in your life, but God is still working on you, and remember He is not finished with you yet. He is still working out situations and circumstances in your life. Have confidence that no matter how it looks right now, God knows what He is doing.
Trust God today, It doesn't matter how strange the situation, or how much you do not understand it, just know God will finish what He has started in you. I have confidence and know God is working it out for me, and what He started He will bring it to completion in my life. Since I am confident that God will finish what He has started in my life I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Lord thank you for all that you have done and are doing in my life. All that you have started I know you will complete and finish in me. In Jesus name Amen.
