Walk In The Path Of Righteousness

In all of our relationships we want to make sure we are doing well. It may be our relationship with spouses, children, friends, or even co-workers, in all of them we want to make sure that they are doing as well as possible. The way that we ensure they are doing well is to spend the time needed with those individuals and to enquire about them and to show our care about them. It is the same with our relationship with The Lord; we need to make sure that our relationship with Him is where it needs to be. We do this by making sure we spend time with Him, and getting to know Him better each day by taking time to read His Word. Some define righteousness as being in right standing with God, and that is good, but we need to go one step further and make sure we are in right relationship with God. For when we are in right relationship with Him, we have no doubt that everything will be all right. The Scripture reminds us that, the path of righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter until full day.

I encourage you today to walk in the path of righteousness in The Lord, for as you do, you are walking into the light. As you walk in the path of righteousness your way will become brighter to you, for you will know that you are walking in the way that The Lord wants you to walk, and you are doing what The Lord wants you to do. When you take time to spend with The Lord, reading His Word and praying, you will discover that your path will become brighter and brighter. It may be difficult at first to see, but as you keep walking in the things of The Lord, it will shine brighter for you every new step you take towards your destiny in The Lord.

Everyone may not be on the same path that you are on, so you have to keep walking in the path that God has for you. Every day I try to build on my relationship with The Lord and make it stronger, and walk in the path of righteousness that He has prepared for me, and with every step I take my path grows brighter and brighter. Since I have decided to walk in the path of righteousness I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Lord thank you for allowing me to walk in the path that you have for my life. Continue to allow that path to gleam brighter and brighter. In Jesus name Amen.
